Are your items in-stock, ready to ship?
All items on our website are housed in our warehouse in Georgia. If you can select your size to purchase, this means we have available stock ready to ship to you.  Items marked as "Restocks" simply mean that they were once sold out and are now back in-stock again.

Where is your store?
Our stores are located in the beautiful mountains of Blue Ridge and Ellijay, GA. They are just just an hour and a half drive from Atlanta, GA, and Chattanooga, TN.

*You will be texted or emailed with pickup instructions. Local orders are NOT processed and packaged on weekends.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment, via email, typically within 24-48 hours after shipment. Once purchased, items will normally be shipped out to you within 2-3 business days.

What are your shipping options?
We have a $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping charge for all US orders. Orders shipped via this option will be shipped out with the most cost efficient methods. Shipping times can vary from approximately 4-10 days. Need your order fast? You can choose Priority Shipping for $9.99. These orders are shipped out either USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground. Shipping times can vary from approximately 2-5 days. Need it even faster than that? You can choose Express Shipping for $36.00. Express Shipping is typically overnighted or 2 Day Shipping when you order Monday by noon -Thursday by noon, EST.

We strive to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. Please be mindful that we have no control over USPS or UPS shipping times or delays.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Effective 07/24/24, all orders that have been placed and are then canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover processing fees and labor. If your order is canceled you will receive 95% of the total purchase price back onto your card. If your order has already been packaged by the time we have seen your cancellation request, we are unable to cancel the order.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

When will you restock items?
Restock notifications, as well as new arrivals, are always announced on our social media, so make sure to follow us! However, we are a boutique that carries a limited amount of inventory, so if you see a must-have item, make sure to get out that credit card, because it’s not guaranteed that the item will be available again.

What size should I order?
We understand that all of our gorgeous customers are different shapes and sizes, and it can sometimes difficult to shop online because you can't try something on (insert crying emoji here). We have a size chart with specific measurements and sizes for each individual piece, so make sure to check that out!

If I don’t see my size for an item, is it available?
Unfortunately, if your desired size does not appear in the drop down box on the product page, then we do not currently have the size in stock. Feel free to call us (706-890-7779) or email to find out if another shipment will be coming in or if we have the item in store!
